They are instrumental in the success of this location. Ive recently taken advantage of the personal trainer services available at the club. I can't say enough good things about Jeff as a trainer. His way of making people feel good about themselves is a real gift. He is gentle in his approach, very knowledgeable and encouraging. He is especially helpful to me as I have serious issues with my hands and wrists, making it very difficult to lift weights. Jeff is helping me design a program to increase muscle strength without incorporating my compromised body parts. I cannot thank him enough.”
