“customer service here was excellent and the price was great. service only took about 90 min for replacement of a rear window in a pickup truck. only reason this review is not 5 stars is they broke the old window while getting it out and left the pieces of glass everywhere in the bed of the truck, and in the interior (some on the seats where I was sitting). despite that, the guy running the place seems like a really nice guy and seems to genuinely care about his customers for the most part.”

“Strange to hear people speaking of bad customer service. I have never experienced this. (That said, I usually do not call or visit at peak times, such as early Monday morning, so the staff are not harried or rushed.) For me, they have always been cordial and helpful. I frequently call in with coupons from GoodRX or my doctor, and they will gladly re-run the prescription immediately with the information I give them, so that neither I nor my husband are stuck waiting in-store. This is not a five-star rating because CVS does have its downside. Firstly, some medications are not overpriced, but others are astronomically so. My choices are limited, so it is frustrating to see GoodRX tell me that even after its discount, I will still have to pay $60 for a medication I could get a few miles away for $10. I would change pharmacies for this reason alone if only I could. It would save me a great deal of money. Secondly, their automated system does indeed have problems, as others have said. While I appreciate the pharmacy's desire to make sure everyone gets and takes particularly important medications, I am endlessly nagged about refills I do not yet need because the system believes I do need them. When I asked about this, I was told the only way to remedy the problem would be to turn off notifications and phone calls completely. There ought to be a better solution.”

“I know there are some complaint reviews on here, but honestly Advantage Plumbing is the easiest, most fair, and reliable plumber I've ever used. I was kind of upset to see the reviews were from charging a pretty small fee to trouble shoot a leaky pipe to installing homeowner provided equipment. I've worked with Advantage Plumbing for 3 years on several remodeling projects and others I complete as a general contractor. Advantage Plumbing has by a long shot been the most consistently priced (I've gotten other estimates from other plumbers on flips and remodel projects), fair, and diligent in response. They actually do the work. They are a small family run company who cares. If you have an issues, just call and give them more than a day to respond to the issue. They've always backed up my work. And I was originally referred to AP by two other homeowners who loved them. Your experience with owner Mike and company might not be perfect, but they'll make it right and do there best to make it right out the gate. I'm kind of obsessed with how great these guys are to work with. Instead of saying, "I wish I could give 0 stars, but I have to give 1---to these guys I'd give 10 stars, but I can only give 5."”

“Wow !!! Great service from the beginning to the end. The driver kept in touch with me regarding the ETA. They loaded the truck at 2 different locations for me. The guys explained what they were doing (tagging and logging) and why. They wrapped every piece of furniture I had (even though the furniture was in bad shape) and I said they didn't have too. Unloading was quick. They put the items where I wanted them. No damage to anything (my packed items nor my house). They were so good about protecting the doorways, walls and carpet while loading and unloading. I would hire them again.”

“First appointment at a new dentist for myself after seeing the same one for 20 years. Also the first appointment with a dentist for my 3 year old. . Hands down, amazing! Everyone was so kind, friendly and inviting! They made my daughter feel comfortable as well as myself! They answered all of our questions and gave great referrals and recommendations! “This was the only place that showed up in South O when I Google'd "Bakery". Convenient parking right in-front of the store. The inside was well-lit and it of course had that really nice "fresh bread/pastries" smell. Nice selection of mostly breads but also had some nice options for pastries. Really nice prices. I would definitely come back.”
