“Just had a very insulting experience with the stylist Amber. She started negative as soon as I came in asking which salon I go to. Very rough handling through 10 minutes of hair cut and repeated I should go the same stylist. She should have told me she didn't want me to be her customer! Then she started yelling and screaming and quit in the middle. All other stylists were shocked. Finally, came back and insulted me saying you had this much hair- why did you need a hair cut with a "F" word. Tried to teach the Manager Malory who didn't take my call and I was told they can't give the telephone number of the owners- Linda and David. So, Buyers Be Aware of going to this Great Clips. I am changing the rating from 1 to 4 after David, the owner called me and informed they terminated the stylist with immediate effect. Thank you David for doing the right thing! I”

“Sweet Korean ladies that take care of your hair. Came in for a walk in and was instantly seated. My hair was messed up from a previous cut and the lady was able to blend it in. For context, my hair was long enough to tie into a tail but in the back, someone accidently cut a chunk of hair off and didn't tell me. Nobody told me this before but the ladies recommended me to get a perm because my hair is so straight that it makes my hair harder to style. Looking forward to my next appointment to see what a perm does for my hair.”

“This place was amazing! We had a phenomenal dining experience and our server, Mary, was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. She explained the menu and everything else to our party and made sure we understood everything and answered any questions we had. Our party ordered all different dishes, and there was not one single complaint about the food whatsoever! In fact, everybody was more than satisfied with their orders. It is a top notch place, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Keep in mind that it is a little higher priced than other restaurants, but it is worth every cent! I will definitely be going back the next time we go back to Omaha! Thanks for the wonderful service and amazing food!”
