I avoided O'Reilly's altogether for better part of a decade. ~Until about 3yrs ago when I couldn't afford to wait 2-3 weeks for a part I needed. Papio didn't have on hand but "J" street did,talk about night&day. Just got off the phone w/them&even though they didn't have the part I was looking for?
