“This place is awesome! I got an RC car put together and customized by a very talented man in Wichita to give to my grandson for his birthday. I went to Omaha to give it to him and his dad. I called ahead to HobbyTime HobbyPlex to ask if we could come in and have someone go over the car and get them started. I spoke with Cameron, who was very welcoming and informative. We met at the store and found Cameron, who went over everything in detail. The store has all sorts of RC items - cars, planes, trucks - and everything under the sun to build or modify them. There are race tracks, indoor asphalt and dirt track, plus what looked like obstacle courses. I was amazed at all the work areas for customers to work on their RCs. It is a whole subculture! The guys will be able to go in and run the car on the dirt track to learn how to run his car and race it. A great bonding experience for my grandson and his dad.”
