He worked with the other funeral home in Kansas and made it so easy for us. Very caring and took such good care of us. “Went to Coldstone/Rocky Mountain at Village Pointe this evening. Ordered 3 caramel apples and planned to pay with a gift card. It didn't work and Ashlynn, the sweetest cashier, tried many times! She called her manager for help and made me feel so valued and important. They couldn't figure out why the gift card wouldn't work, but gave us the apples for free. I am so humbled and grateful for her kindness. We will definitely be back!”

We went there shortly after opening for our anniversary and had to wait quite a while as the front of house staff and kitchen were getting acclimated to a dinner rush on an extremely busy Friday night. They made it up to us by comping our drinks(we recommend the prickly pear margaritas.) Our server was very personable and attentive, and kept our drinks topped off and never kept us waiting. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the food(ie - unbelievably tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned steaks and some of the best sauteed scallops we've had. The manager stopped by our table a few times to see how we were doing and how they were doing, and then hooked us up with a cheesecake to celebrate our anniversary. At the end of our meal, the server brought us our check, thanked us for coming in and having patience while they were learning, and to our overjoyed surprise the manager had comped our entire meal with a note saying," Happy Anniversary from all of us at Austin's." Most definitely our favorite restaurant to say the least, we take our family and friends there for all of our special days and date nights. We highly recommend this restaurant.”
