“Have stayed in this Comfort Inn many times in the past when coming to Omaha to visit family and friends. This past week, we had made reservations for two nights at this hotel, but due to a family emergency, had to cancel past the cancellation policy. I called and spoke with Victoria whom provided exceptional customer service, understood my circumstance and stated she would call her Manager for approval to cancel. Within a very short time period, an email was received via the Manager Travis, stating my cancellation was approved and refund was initiated. “Did someone say pie? Okay, I don't like pie, but I happened to be here on a Wednesday and they give out a slice of pie. Not to shabby! Customer service was awesome, kind and friendly. They appear to be taking the pandemic restrictions very seriously. Food quality is what you would expect. Not sure why you still have a checkout counter, but that was fine too. Prices are adequate for this Village Inn. It's PIE TIME!”
