Premium Carpet Care

We had some water damage to our carpet in our basement so my husband called Premium to ask their opinion on what needed done. When drying it like they suggested didn’t work, we called them back and scheduled them to come out and replace the pad anted retack the carpet. They came out a few days later and completed the job quickly and it looks awesome! They were great to work with and we will call them for any needs we have in the future!

Overall fantastic company with a great team. Nikki and her team have taken care of us for many years and is always responsive and on time. They get the job done and they get it done FAST!!! quality is always good and they are willing to go the extra mile. Love this company!

We are preparing our duplex to rent. We called these guys a couple years ago for our other unit and they did a great job. Had them come out to the other side, and once again great job. They arrived on time, and were in and out in under 2 hours. Originally I only planned on having them clean 3 rooms, but after seeing how cheap it was, I had them go ahead and clean carpets on both floors plus the stairs. The service guy was very professional, and very through. I will definitely call them again next time I need my carpets cleaned.
