  All the staffers are so kind and friendly, Patty H. especially. Whenever I have a question, or even just want to chat with someone, they're always there. Unlike other places that just want your money and take their time about repairs, these folks make it a point to help you. Kind folks, good people, safe location.

  I have been living here for over a year and a half, and have had an overall valuable experience throughout my tenancy. The Management and leasing staff are superbly accommodating and quick to resolve issues such as administrative concerns, personal questions, retrieval of packages, and maintenance requests. Anytime I’ve had questions about my lease or requesting inquiry for future changes, the staff/management are always happy to help and quick to respond. The maintenance technicians are quick, very responsive, and are knowledgeable about their job. It’s nice having any issues resolved quicker than contracting technicians, and especially not having to pay for it! The grounds crew keeps the property nice and tidy, making the aesthetics of living here exceed expectations. My favorite part is the SNOW REMOVAL! They’re always up early in the morning during snow season in order to remove the snow from the driveways. It’s nice knowing I can leave for work without worry of being snowed in. They always do a great job removing snow from all of the walkways and properly salting them as well.
  
  I understand I haven’t moved out yet, and I’m not looking forward to the fees that come with that, but I’m very disappointed with these bias reviews that highlight discrepancies that are clearly part of their leases, such as cleaning fees that accumulate to the point of not receiving their deposits back. It’s expensive to turn an apartment over for the next resident, and I don’t think people consider that. I think the overall value of living here far exceeds the fees associated with being a tenant of a communal living area.
  
  I have had a few minor inconveniences, but those are nothing compared to the overall satisfaction I have had living here! It’s also the best value in all of north Lincoln, so I highly recommend living here if your looking for a valuable experience.

  Great community and staff! When I first moved to Lincoln, I had an apartment fall through. With my things in a trailer and needing a place to live (ASAP), Northridge helped diffuse the situation and were extremely friendly/helpful! I have now been at Northridge for a few years and would recommend anyone to consider as a place to live if asked!

  My experience with Northridge Heights has been positive since the beginning of the leasing process. While going through the leasing process I was living out of state, and the Northridge Heights team was more than willing to provide a virtual tour at a time that worked well for me. Beyond that, the leasing process was very straightforward and the staff thoroughly answered any questions I asked. Since living here, I have enjoyed my neighbors, any maintenance issues I've had have been addressed in a timely manner, and the staff has gone the extra mile to help when they can. I recommend Northridge Heights to anyone looking for a great value!

  There's honestly so much I love about this property! The layouts are the perfect size-very spacious and clean- the price is just right, the location is great and what's even better is the staff and management team. They are all so kind, friendly and welcoming! I grew up in the city and I was so nervous about starting a new life here, but it wasn't long before I felt right at home and I have Northridge Heights to thank for that!
