“I do see that Walmart is experiencing the 6-foot social distancing which is a plus. Unlike many other stores that I've been in they are not cleaning the counters after each customer has finished their transactions. Overall my experience with customer service and my return everything went smoothly. The customer service rep was very attentive to the reasoning of my return and engaged in conversation.”

“I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon after reading some of the reviews online. Mike was very helpful in listening to my needs and explaining how he could build a mattress to suit those needs. I was pleased that I didn’t have to try out twenty different mattresses to find the best one. All I needed to do was pick my price point and try that mattress. Mike made adjustments to the display until it felt just right. I waited until the next day to actually order the mattress and was impressed when I got a call Monday afternoon that the mattress was done and could be delivered Tuesday. The ability to make adjustments to the comfort level of the mattress over the life of the mattress is a great selling point.
