  I lived at these apartments for two years. The management was always very welcoming, maintenance always helpful, and the community was respectful of one another. The price range was reasonable for what I was looking for, and not once did I feel undervalued. I recommend this apartment complex without hesitation. There are good people in place that make the environment a welcoming and trusting atmosphere.
  
  I can't speak for others, but this renters experience was worthy of a five-star review.

  Liz and her staff do an outstanding job in making Highpointe a great place to live. They approach residents as family and have a genuine personal touch with all. The grounds are in impeccable condition and it is so nice to have roadways and sidewalks free of snow when we have a storm. Maintenance is on top of everything and if something requires attention they are right on it. The office staff always has a friendly smile and greeting for you when you walk in and always willing and ready to help you. I have lived here for many years and it has been a wonderful experience. Thanks to all at Highpointe!

  Lived here for 4+ yrs and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Liz & Candace are amazing. Very thoughtful and helpful. Maintenance is great too! Everyone really cares about the residents and pets. Very dog friendly. Love the dog park and the grounds are kept really nice. They plan fun events for the residents year round. I highly recommend this place! Tell them Maggie M sent you! You’ll love it too!

  I have lived here for 8 months now and I love it! The staff are easy to deal with and very pleasant! The grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is fast and efficient - they even change light bulbs! There's plenty of grassy areas, mature trees and sidewalks throughout the complex. There's even a small dog run and playground for kids. Parking can sometimes be a little congested but I never have to park too far away. The units seem well insulated unless you have a bedroom near the entry ways - you can still hear the slamming doors. We live in a first floor unit and can hear soft noises from the unit above us but nothing that's too loud. Very dog friendly, lots of waste stations. Love how easy it is to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online! The pool is nice and isn't too busy in the summer months. Unfortunately, the gym is too small for me but still a nice amenity. We have an updated unit and the finishes are great for the price. Would definitely recommend Highpointe!
