(March 11, 2020, 7:27 pm)I lived in an apartment building leased from Great Place for about a year and a half and had a great experience. Maintenance was incredibly responsive and would fix any issues within a day or less. I got all of my deposit back after I extensively cleaned per the move out check list, which I was very happy about. The apartment was wonderful, very well maintained with great amenities, including central ac. I would definitely rent from them again and would've stayed if I hadn't relocated for work. Thanks for a great stay!

(January 9, 2020, 10:25 am)I don't personally live here, but I pay the rent for my soon to be wife and child. The Property Manager Lynn has been so amazing to work with. The staff is understanding and caring. I would highly recommend to ANYONE that is looking to give Great Place Properties a chance. You wont find a better group of people or place to work with and call home.

I also appreciate that they have kept our properties in good condition. The rental reports are easy to understand and timely. I trust these folks and they also offer brokerage services to assist with rental acquisition.
