“We are completing a kitchen remodel and ordered our sink and faucet from Handyman. While shopping in-store, we received attentive and knowledgeable service from Christopher W. After ordering our items, there turned out to be an issue with the faucet on the manufacturer side of things and were unable to get the item we wanted. When I called the store, I spoke with Kim, who not only tracked down similar items but sent photos and information to me so that I could make a decision on a replacement without having to drive across town to look in person. TL;DR— if you’re looking for home improvement items, THIS is the place to shop! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide EXCELLENT customer service. “Every two years Lincoln East High puts on a music wide event fundraiser for the music programs. Paramount Linen has been our go to company for many of our events. We had a larger order of tablecloths with two different sizes and they were able to accommodate us. We even had a snafu in the size of one our orders, and they managed to help us out in a pinch on a Friday afternoon!! Tom and Gary and the entire staff were helpful, made ordering, pick up, and drop off seamless. The quality of linens is great, and everyone commented on how nice they made the tables look and come together with the decorations. The price is very, very reasonable, as well. Will be back again and will definitely keep them in mind for future events. They do cater to many different events. Thank you all for helping our musical venue be excellent!”

“At this point we have not received the item we purchased so we’re giving 4 stars only for service at the store. Becki was perfect as she answered all my questions and followed up the next day. The following day we decided for sure it was the right item for us. She got all the paperwork ready for us and two other people took care of us for Becki. When we arrived EVERYTHING was ready! All we have left is to have it delivered. I’m counting on a great set up and delivery! Two years later… I went back to Lincoln mattress and furniture because I really loved my I comfort Serta bed and I needed a larger bed so I went back to see what they had available. Amy greeted me very shortly after I came into the store and I told her what I was looking for and she took me straight back to the bed. I had my paperwork from the previous purchase and she went over it with me and the available beds that closely resembled the bed I had purchased before… I found the bed that felt almost exactly like my bed feels she got me set up with the purchase, I purchased it, she said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 weeks and that someone would be calling me a few days before they would bring the bed over and set it up. On my way home from Lincoln mattress and furniture Amy called me and said that the store had my mattress and adjustable frame in stock and that she could have it delivered as soon as I would like. So at this point we are set up for delivery for Friday this is Tuesday! I am very very pleased with the quality our furniture and the service”
