“The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the musty smell. It wasn’t a constant smell and I think it was just from the old carpet. Other than that it is a great place to stay. It was clean, the staff was SO friendly, breakfast was good, and the rooms were spacious. We would stay there again!”

“I lived in an apartment building leased from Great Place for about a year and a half and had a great experience. Maintenance was incredibly responsive and would fix any issues within a day or less. I got all of my deposit back after I extensively cleaned per the move out check list, which I was very happy about. The apartment was wonderful, very well maintained with great amenities, including central ac. I would definitely rent from them again and would've stayed if I hadn't relocated for work. “It was pretty good, definitely not in its hay day anymore. I went on a Sunday after church and the restaurant was basically empty. The chicken was cooked perfectly, potatoes were boxed, and corn was tasty! Onion rings were very crispy, don’t expect them to be cut thick. But service was fast”

“I loved staying at Pinebrook! I needed an apartment for a long-term contract and had to arrange everything remotely. They made the process very easy and smooth. The apartment was perfect for someone from Florida who arrived in Lincoln in December 2018. The garage and gas fire place were life savers for me!! Spacious apartment with new carpet and new washer and dryer. The staff was very friendly and professional. The maintenance team responded quickly to requests. I would stay there again!!”
