“I lived in an apartment building leased from Great Place for about a year and a half and had a great experience. Maintenance was incredibly responsive and would fix any issues within a day or less. I got all of my deposit back after I extensively cleaned per the move out check list, which I was very happy about. The apartment was wonderful, very well maintained with great amenities, including central ac. I would definitely rent from them again and would've stayed if I hadn't relocated for work. “It was pretty good, definitely not in its hay day anymore. I went on a Sunday after church and the restaurant was basically empty. The chicken was cooked perfectly, potatoes were boxed, and corn was tasty! Onion rings were very crispy, don’t expect them to be cut thick. But service was fast”
