    I was staying in Omaha for three weeks visiting my best friend, and I fell in love with this studio! They have a huge variety of classes, fun instructors, and a friendly neighborhood-type atmosphere. I never felt out of place even though I am really out of shape at the moment. The studio is well-kept and the equipment is in great condition. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

    Today's work out was no joke! Challenging workouts, helpful instructors, great location. With 2018 just beginning it is a great time to try a class or two.
