Of all the CPR trainings I have done in the past, Allen is by far, leaps and bounds above your typical CPR instructor. Allen was a police officer, EMT-I, and a fire-fighter for Omaha/Bellevue. He knows A-LOT and breaks down the information that is easy to understand about what happens in emergency situations and how to prepare yourself for when it happens.
