  Our family loves to shop here, especially for things that we need yo buy in large quantities. From toilet paper on down to birthday cakes, we can always get what we need at great prices!!!

  Phyllis at customer service and a gentleman that was possibly the Manager went above and beyond to help me locate an item that wasn't on the shelf but was in the system stating that it was. Give them a raise! I appreciate all the effort they went through to help me!

  This is the best Sam's Club that I have been in so far. The location is great, the store had everything that I was looking for. Those stuffs are stuffs that I was never able to get online or in the Lincoln NE Sam's Club since the confinement period has been established. I am so glad that I have decided to go there while I was in the Omaha area.

  Some workers here are fantastic. One worker name was Tom cruise and he was so kind and helpful- truly going out of his way to be the best employee he could be and answered all our questions. Thank you tom, he needs a raise. Now.
  Next I thought they had a nice selection. Just like Costco and competing prices. I wish they would sell steel cut organic quick cooking oatmeal like Costco but oh well. Nice store overall I took some pictures throughout the store hope it helped a little

  The store itself is just like any other wholesale club. The difference is the people that work there. For the most part everyone is very friendly and always eager to help and you can yell they are being genuine. I really like how everytime I go with my kids, the person at the door checking receipts almost always draws a smiley face on the receipt and gives it to my kids. That always makes them happy, which in turn makes me happy and adds a nice touch to the overall experience at the store. Now to the store itself, the prices are good for their products and many name brand items have an equivalent store brand under the name Members Mark, and we've found them to be very good quality products at less prices than name brand.
