Stopped in shopping with a friend a few months back, and mentioned in conversation that my favorite Bose headphones had suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t charge. They listened to my complaints, and explained to me that the headphones needed to be updated and provided me with the website to do so. They took about 5 mins to update and worked perfectly again. Highly recommend Bose for their customer service online and the sales team in this store for being a great resource! I would definitely go back.

Great place to get one of the best sounding devices on the market. The staff is friendly and they try to make shopping here fun. The products are both new and refurbished with the same warranty. I have purchased several items here and will be back for more.

I bought my SoundTouch 20 and some speaker stands here. The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable. I ended up buying my Bose soundbar and subwoofer locally. I'm in the market for a second one - love Bose!!
