She is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced in several different styles of movement (kettlebells, yoga, circuit training, suspension training to name a few), and is truly passionate about inspiring her clients to be their healthiest selves. She also provides nutrition support to compliment her fitness offerings. I wouldn't train anywhere else!
