They listened to my complaints, and explained to me that the headphones needed to be updated and provided me with the website to do so. They took about 5 mins to update and worked perfectly again. My friend and I decided last minute that we wanted to try out our first class and it ended up just being us two! She was super accommodating and even let us stay late to finish up all the little details of our paintings.
