“Stopped in shopping with a friend a few months back, and mentioned in conversation that my favorite Bose headphones had suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t charge. They listened to my complaints, and explained to me that the headphones needed to be updated and provided me with the website to do so. They took about 5 mins to update and worked perfectly again. I wish I had gotten the employee's name who helped me because he was SO nice and explained what the code might mean and when I said I had anxiety about driving with it on he reassured me and gave me really great advice on how to cope with said anxiety.
