“Moved from out of state and shortly after my permanent retainer broke. They got me in quickly and installed a great permanent retainer. Almost a year later and my other retainer broke (they didn't install this one) right before I was flying out for a major trip. They got me in and were so speedy Both retainers have now been replaced by them. I've had a permanent retainer since middle school and I'm let's just say I'm old. I've had my retainers replaced almost 5 times. Both of these retainers are installed well with just enough cement to ensure a good adhesion but not too much that it would be hard to floss. Their operation runs so smoothly and everyone is kind and friendly. You can also tell the employees enjoy working there. I have sensitive teeth and can't stand the sound of the drill. They were so patient with me and gave me lots of breaks. They also were very clear about the steps of their procedure and costs.”

“After coming across and then reading the reviews of Hope Cooperative and seeing the negativity of some people or should I say, false claims that was made against the facility. I too, have a family member that is living there. Since day one, when we went to inquire about moving our sister/sister in-law there, we met Dave and Sarah along with some of the staff members and while there we told them what we wanted or expected of the facility and staff. Since then all of our concerns were met or exceeded. As far as getting ahold of Dave or Sarah I would sometimes have to leave a voicemail and they would always return my call when they could. We have been through other facilities with our family member and to date this one ranks #1 with me. As far as cleanliness goes in the facility, I have seen nothing but clean halls, bathrooms and dining areas. I have never witnessed debris laying around inside or outside the facility. I have witnessed the untidiness of our loved ones room though. So her room isn’t picked up or she doesn’t make her bed everyday. The residents are happy there, but more importantly our sister is happy there and to me she is being taken care of. I feel this is the place for her. I will give this facility a rating of 5 stars because they deserve it.”
