Just wish they had coffee pots in the room. They do have microwave and refrigerator, nice TV and cable system. Lots of electrical outlets and USB ports, a desk, chair and good bedding. “Great looking hotel with friendly staff that's not quite as polished as it was last year. Fortunately the staff is still very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are well laid out and everything worked. There are a few areas that weren't cleaned very well otherwise it would be a perfect place to stay in this area. The breakfast is a good mixture of meat and eggs and other breakfast pastries. The area was kept well stocked and cleaned. They continue to offer Seattle's Best coffee and teavana tea. Both good choices when you want a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Unfortunately they are still struggling with getting their pool open but this was not a problem for us because we did not intend to use it this trip. There's no elevator here so if you can't go upstairs make sure you request a first floor room. All in all this is a great place to stay if you're visiting the Seward area”

“The glamping tents were exactly the place we were looking for to quite stay. It is the perfect mix of tent camping in nature with solitude but with all the amenities of electricity, bed off the ground, coffee, firewood, outdoor shower, ect. Herb gave a brief but detailed tour of the space with where to find everything and how everything works. I'm so glad I found this spot away from a busy rv campground and will definitely come back if I have a chance.”

“Quiet camping spot just about a mile from Homestead NHP. Along a creek/river so lots of wildlife and birds around. A few monthly campers but plenty of open pull-through sites, all full hookups. There are also tent sites and a small playset. Friend stayed in their AirBnB as well and said it was charming, like staying at Grandma's house. We stayed for 3 nights, would stay there again for sure. Very reasonable prices ($23/night for us).”

“The hotel has so much old school charm. It's like being able to spend the night in a museum. Yes, it's dated but I still love it. The rooms were decorated by families from Wilbur. So each room is distincttly different and unique. I don't think there's anywhere else like it. It was clean and quiet and the atmosphere felt like they already knew us when we arrived.”

“Beach front spaces in this area one not a lot of spaces but we try to go to this area every time we go camping. The kids love it for swimming and fishing is decent. Only downside is it is usually busy and spaces are taken so you have to show up early but would recommend for tent camping.”

“It's a nice place, just not many amenities. My wife and I felt it was priced a bit high. I get it's meant to be more for event participants but perhaps more can be done for general campers. “Shes very passionate and knowledgeable about the breed. She will help other families with the breed if needed. She helps with vet bills, dog food etc. If youre having a rough patch. Shes even taken in dogs and boarded them for free to help families until they get on their feet and returns the dog to its rightful owners. Shes very civil and trusting. Shes also a great dog trainer. She takes in aggressive pits and bullies and retrains them and gets rid of the aggression. Again shes an outstanding voice for the breed and always reliable.”
