“Had a minor but immediate crisis in our home. John Henry's sent Adam over to fix the gate valve before and after the meter for our home. The curb stop out by the street main had to be shut off before making the repairs and we replaced the gate valves with ball valves. Ball valves are a much better choice by far. Once we got the curb stop to move we were finally able to shut off the water to the house which made for an easy repair. Thank you John Henry and Adam for getting this done. Thumbs up.”
