If you want a more accurate assessment of Thompson roofing please look to Angie's List where they have a 5/5 rating with 39 VERIFIED reviews. Jeff Thompson and Thompson Roofing (the original Thompson Roofing in Omaha- not to be confused with the others as I suspect they may have been in several of these reviews) is the most professional, highest quality, most reasonably and fair priced Roofing company in the area. It's a shame that more of Jeff's customers haven't posted of their great experiences. Thompson Roofing came incredibly highly recommended by several people that I trust and Thompson Roofing only exceeded my already high expectations with the quality of work they did for our family. Jeff also repaired the roof on our church and insulated the attic portion of a new addition on our company. He also did a roof for my brother and in EVERY case Jeff's work was amazing, his customer service was unequaled, and his bill by far the most affordable of anything we had quoted. “Walsh Exteriors installed 11 windows and a new sliding glass door and transom in my kitchen, taking about 2.5 days (The estimate was 3 days, so right on track)! These guys were great to work with, very professional, punctual, knew what they were doing, did things the right way and cleaned up any mess. They were quite immaculate with ensuring the details of the jobs were correct and flawless, such as the new inside window casings. They are also highly trustworthy, most of the time I was not home while they were installing the windows and door, but would check in a few times a day. “We recently purchased a home that A&A Roofing & Exteriors had replaced shingles, gutters, drain spouts, etc. for the previous owner within a month of our closing. There were a couple items of concern that I requested a representative to come out and inspect shortly after we moved in. Over the phone, I was told that the warranty transferred to us and they would provide documentation for us when they came out. First of all, I was impressed that someone actually followed through on the appointment since the work had been performed and they'd already been paid! Eric personally attended our initial meeting, as well as taking care of the subsequent items of concern; insuring it was completed to our satisfaction. While at the house, a couple things I really appreciated were that he took the time to educate me on some of the details of our particular roof materials and roofing in general. He was also thoughtful enough to use ladder pads, ensuring no damage or scratches when leaning it against the new gutters... something another contractor didn't bother to do when getting on our roof, resulting in scratched paint on the gutter. Not a big deal, but I mention because Eric is a detail guy and cares enough to make that extra effort. I don't write many reviews, but requested to do so after experiencing their level of service and expertise. I highly recommend these guys!”
