“We are completing a kitchen remodel and ordered our sink and faucet from Handyman. While shopping in-store, we received attentive and knowledgeable service from Christopher W. After ordering our items, there turned out to be an issue with the faucet on the manufacturer side of things and were unable to get the item we wanted. When I called the store, I spoke with Kim, who not only tracked down similar items but sent photos and information to me so that I could make a decision on a replacement without having to drive across town to look in person. TL;DR— if you’re looking for home improvement items, THIS is the place to shop! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide EXCELLENT customer service. “Was looking for a diesel pickup and found a real nice dodge 3500 6.7 cummins there. They had all the records of everything that had been done to it since the day it was bought which was super nice. Let me test drive it and everything which was good. Price of the pickup was a real good price. Had them do the winter special protection package on the pickup and an undercoating and it looked great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice diesel pickup that hasn’t been beat on and that is in great condition.”

“A little under a year ago, I contacted PS360 for a quote to rid my 2 acres of moles. I had been plagued with them for many years and have tried, unsuccessfully, to trap them myself. I chose PS 360 because they professed to work to criteria as opposed to a fee for each mole. They sent Patrick to appraise the situation. He gave me an acceptable quote to rid my lot of all of the moles. So I engaged their services. When I mowed each week, I watched for tracks and planted a flag. Each week, Patrick baited each location with a worm. There would be 20 or more new flags each week. He worked at the job all summer and into the fall. The infestation was so bad, that to successfully get rid of all of them, was not a realistic expectation. While I still have a few left, I’m extremely satisfied and intend to use their services this next year.”

We've been told a few times that it is like staying at a resort. The way they seamlessly made all of the different areas blend together with different types of products is amazing. Scott and his crew were awesome to work with and were very accommodating. They were willing to make changes along the way to deal with some of the issues that we encountered during the building process from eaves spouts and such since we were in the middle of a major remodel on our house also. I avoided O'Reilly's altogether for better part of a decade. ~Until about 3yrs ago when I couldn't afford to wait 2-3 weeks for a part I needed. Papio didn't have on hand but "J" street did,talk about night&day. Just got off the phone w/them&even though they didn't have the part I was looking for?
