(March 8, 2022, 1:08 pm)What a beautiful place! I’ve never seen the lake when it was higher, so it looks great to me at these low levels. It is weird to see the launch ramps located 1/4 mile or more from the water. There’s lots of non-water activities to do and the scenery is second to none. Check out Valley of Fire right next door.

(April 10, 2021, 8:15 pm)We stopped here on our way home from the Grand canyon. Bolder beach was amazing. We were in an Rv so we enjoyed the sun while the kids played in the water and we had lunch. The views were amazing and it wasn't over crowded (although it is April). We're planning on come by back next spring break but staying at the RV park for the week. The lady at the station was super friendly.
