“Great little sports bar in Carson City, with good food and good drinks. We stopped by here to catch a playoff game, and were pleasantly surprised by the food. We got a platter and a pretzel and the food was not as greasy or heavy as you would expect from a sports bar. I have been seeing Loren at the Health Lab for a little over a year for what started as dry needling and treatment for chronic daily headaches and has progressed to monthly check-ins and treatments for running injuries in addition to various other aches and pains. Additionally, Loren played a key role in my post Dopey Challenge (48.6 miles of running over 4 days in WDW) recovery by identifying a form issue I was unaware I had and working with me to correct it and strengthen my overall walking/running form. Loren takes the time to listen to you and fully understand what's going on and formulates a plan to treat and/or alleviate the issue while also offering advice and tips to keep you active and build strength during the rehabilitation process.
