“My child finished all of Junior High and High School here (I had another with my first wife that went to public school) and the best part about the school was that the student body at Coral was well disciplined when compared to the student body at some of the other public schools. They wear uniforms, there weren't many fights, and there weren't many instances of drugs (only one that I heard of - LSD, but don't be fooled - Coronado is much worse). The biggest downside is that there weren't nearly as many sports and after school activities offered at Coral, which hurts college applications if you don't make an effort to find third party activities after school. Also, the administration turned over too much and was weak and inexperienced (with the exception of Ismail). The property is also small so the students don't have lockers. Most of the teachers were well above average when compared to the public schools (and so were the students' testing results). They were effective educators and they were always responsive and helpful the few times that I needed to communicate with them throughout the years. My child always had very positive things to say about most them. Overall, having experienced both public school and Coral, I would choose Coral. Hopefully, they will find ways to fine tune the details, keep some of the administrators, and manage out the bad teachers. Teachers to ask for: Ms. Gildner, Ms. Sloan, Mr. Deiz, & Mr. Rocchio. Teachers to avoid: Ms.Gill, Ms. Cooper, Ms. Alley, & Ms. Meuir”

“School staff is great, I like the school as well. But this school gives out way too much homework!! My daughter is in 3rd grade and they do 4th grade work, not only my daughter struggling to learn, but this ridiculous amount of work on top is just too much! I don't have time to do her homework.... I am far too busy. Maybe it's for parents that don't work.”
