“Friendly staff, and most importantly very thorough imaging examinations. I went in for a mammogram and after several angled machine positions the technician was satisfied and permitted me to leave. While dressing , I decided to use the bathroom which was right down the hall. Afterward, when I was opening the bathroom door, my technician was standing diectly outside within a few feet waiting for me! ? She said she was not satisfied with two of the images taken, and after further review felt it was necessary to have them re-taken. She kindly demanded I follow her back into the imaging room. I feared that maybe something had been discovered. She was so apologetic but I honestly was grateful that this professional listened to her instinct and chose to be intensively thorough. ??? Kudos to this amazing staff member!! I can not remember her name at the moment but she had the most adorable Texan accent you have ever heard. A very pleasant, accommodating and kindhearted woman with passion for her patient and her profession! Loved my visit here.....”

“I have used SDMI for many years for MRI's or x-rays for me and my children and I have always returned because of the professional, and thorough care that we receive. Today I went to the location on Sunset and Green Valley in Henderson and this experience was even more exceptional because of the level of cleanliness, social distancing measures, and safety precautions in place during the COVID-19 outbreak. I have needed an MRI for months but I have been very scared about being exposed to the virus for fear of bringing it home to my 8 yr old daughter that was diagnosed with a brain tumor in early March right before the outbreak of the virus. SDMI is the Radiology Facility that found my daughters brain tumor so for that I will be forever grateful ?and I will be a lifetime customer. While there for my MRI visit I was very impressed with the social distancing practices that SDMI was using. Every other seat had a sign letting customers know to sit in the next seat so that customers were not sitting next to each other. Also when you walk in they provide hand sanitizer and masks. They also have you keep the pen you use to sign in and you use this pen to fill out all paperwork so this is a very smart practice to prevent spreading germs. When I go home I will still take other precautions to ensure germs are not brought into my home but I feel confident that SDMI did everything possible to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in their facility. Thank you to the staff at the front (Erick and Andrea) for being so friendly, kind and accommodating and thank you to the other staff that is involved in keeping the facility so clean. I want to give a special thanks to the MRI technician Ben for being willing to delay his lunch so that he could still fit me in the schedule. Keep up the great work everyone and stay safe out there!?”
