“This deli is truly a diamond in the rough. For those of you who are New Yorkers that are visiting or transplanted, you HAVE to eat here at least once. It has the best bagels and lox that I’ve eaten outside of Long Island. They have a special that has two bagels as well as enough lox and other toppings for two people, and it’s totally worth sharing, or ordering to yourself if you’re really hungry. They also had delicious sandwiches with really modular customizability. We had a little bit of a wait during the weekend brunch rush, so consider a wait before you go!”

The day we purchased the vehicle, he took time during the day to negotiate with me via phone and email. He made the process so stress free and I knew exactly what I was getting to. He was very thorough and explained everything. I really felt like I got the best deal from him. We did our research and went to other dealerships and met with other sales people. After a few days of dialing 611 and getting nowhere, I decide to go into the store. We were having trouble retrieving some information on my son's account. The email was set up incorrectly and we could not get the new pin. I was super frustrated with 611!!! However, Mike to the time to listen to all of our concerns, and rather than rushing us out of the store. Mike helped us with the call to customer service, He stayed on the line with us and helped correct everything. He also went into detail on how we can lower our bill, He gave us a few different options. He was beyond helpful, AT&T is lucky to have him. Makes being a customer with AT&T easy and simple! I arrived, I needed a certain brand of milk due to allergies, in which I showed her a photograph 📸 of the "exact" display of their organic milk products, which the milk I needed wasn't present 🙄🙄!!! I requested to have the milk I needed brought from the back? Shannon replied, "ok, but I can't,until I unload the boxes, whenever I can🙄🙄🙄🪗💅.....(double negative anyone?? 🍽🍽🙄)........... Sooooooooo, I requested a supervisor to please come back here and retrieve a milk from the back 😏 Her, (Shannon's) tone changed drastically to: "OH, we haven't received the full vitamin D milk in weeks, I thought you were talking about another milk 🙄(after I'd shown her the photo already initially) 😳 Conclusion: lazzzzzzzy & rude employee, requested manager "steven" whom was on lunch, received no milk 🥛🥛🥛yet received a better response after lighting a 🔥🔥🔥under Shannon's caboose 4 🌟 's for the awesome customer service in deli!!! “I went in a little while back to sell a gold bar, having some not so great experiences at other jewelers I went in with my guard up. After only a minute I realized this place was different! Cleve the owner is HONEST and FAIR; something that seems to be a rarity in my experience with stores like this. Didn't have to fight, haggle or quote the current price of gold. He checked it, and offered me a fair price and it was done. We talked a bit, he answered my questions (his knowledge is grand), showed me a cool gold piece he had and I was on my way. Frank the security guard is super friendly too. Pleasant experience all around, and they are not only my new go-to, but I suggest them to everybody asking for a jeweler!”
