Like anywhere you live. there are rules. Don't always believe some of your bad reviews because unfortunately when you are asked to leave or you are evicted, the only way they can come back at you is by positing a bad review. Always call our office or stop by the office and make your opinion for yourself. I will not comment on a few of the bad reviews and tell you their situation or why they were asked to not to live here, however only judge for yourself. We love our community and our residents and many people and families call this their home and love and enjoy living here.”

“After checking for firewood around Henderson nv I found it to be very expensive. I just happened on Jims page. OMG! Such a very nice man. Called one evening recd wood before 1:00pm next day. Jim and his son packed it to the house and was very helpful. Split, seasoned pine.Burns long and hot. This is the place to purchase firewood. He is also very generous and inexpensive compared to others. Wish the world was still like Jim and his son. Honest people.”

“I've been doing business with Laker Plaza for years and find Dave to be as genuine as any individual. A heart of gold, however, not a man to be taken advantage. As long as people say and do what is expected, Dave will go out of his way to help. I've seen him give fishing poles to children so they can enjoy their day on the lake. He has offered a cold drink to one who may not be able to afford one. Understanding that he is running a business and has rental agreements on the spaces he rents and only expects those who rent from him to respect the contract and his property, does not seem too much to ask. Subtle, yes; but not without his conviction to the business. Seven days per week and long hours, yet Dave is there to serve the public. A little respect for him is not too much to ask.”
