The security officer(from Allied/Universal) was very POLITE, COURTEOUS & HELPFUL! The assistant @ window 6 was as well! My Agent,Michelle Grass, was EXTREMELY POLITE,PROFESSIONAL,COURTEOUS & HELPFUL!!!! In One Hour She had the discrepancy that My Ex-Mother had created to My Medicaid insurance(as well as any other problems that resolved!) She helped Me tro feel relaxed & calm(since this was My first time in My 42 years in Vegas to be at the office!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mrs. Grass & all the staff @ The Belrose Office!!!!!!!!”
