“Initially went because of convenience as it’s very close to my home. The people there were incredibly accommodating and got me in right away. They checked out my vehicle and told me what was wrong, they also gave me options on what was essential and what could be waited on (as with most people during this time of quarantine, cash is tight but our cars are necessary to get us where we need to go). This showed me volumes about who they are as a company and that they care about their customers. They gave me estimates on what it could cost and was honest that it could be lesser things but prepared me for the bigger things. Luckily a lot of what was wrong was the lesser things and it came in waaaay under the original estimate. I was having another issue with my other car and since the experience was so good I brought my other car in immediately and had them look at the problem. This problem I had already been to 2 other mechanics about and the estimates I was given were very very high. They checked it out and fixed the real problem which was a fraction of what I was told before by others. Mark and Frank have been amazing and I greatly appreciate their professionalism and honesty. I will be coming here from now on.”

“I was totally surprised to find how nice this Siegel Suites location is compared to others i've driven through. I came to pick up a friend living here temporarily while looking for permanent residence. It was quiet, which was unusual. The landscaping was well maintained and clean, with no trash visible. The interior was furnished fairly comfortably and not cluttered. There was space to move around and add some small personal items. It's a bit pricey but for people who can afford it, a good alternative.”

“We live in Dallas, Texas and traveled to Las Vegas. We met Jimmy just by chance. He is a wonderful person. He helped us out selflessly with a personal issue. Later on, we knew he was in the auto glass repair business. We had a large crack in the windshield and it was expanding, I asked him if he could fix it. His service was amazing. He took the necessary time to do it right, and did a lot of work on it! He used different tools and chemicals. At the end, his price was right, his service was top notch, and with a lifetime warranty. He fixed it at the end of May. After that, we continue our trip and drove thousands of miles through all sorts of weather, rain, sun, 110 degrees, and freezing ice and snow in the mountains, and the crack did not expand at all. It is not possible to make it disappear, but after Jimmy fixed it, it was much less noticeable. Jimmy is professional, kind, and a master of glass repair!”

“The entire team at Boating Lake Mead worked together to create an enjoyable purchase experience. Despite the logistical challenges of COVID-19 and conducting much of this process online and by phone, the sales team remained responsive and patient through back and forth questions, negotiation and paperwork. They creatively worked to accommodate our situation being from out of state and we ended up with an extremely fair deal. A purchase doesn’t have to be a “steal” to walk away feeling great. I also appreciated their thorough delivery overview. They didn’t try to sell us accessories we didn’t need, but rather offered helpful suggestions for things we hadn’t considered. We added a couple useful accessories and they were accommodating in changing out a Bimini that better suits our needs. Based on our experience thus far we are confident they will come through with a Bimini solution at likely even better quality than from the factory. Finally, the Lake Mead Marina staff were equally helpful in coordinating a slip rental that coincides with the re-opening of the lake. Many companies would have required us to start the slip rental immediately despite the lake closure, but this company clearly recognizes the value of long-term relationships with their customers and are working with us to minimize the financial and logistical impact. Without reservation I recommend giving this company the opportunity to earn your business as well.”
