AAI neptune divers is a very warm and welcome place. i got my open water dive certification over the course of a single weekend. The owner and main dive instructor at the time is Stephen and while he may be hard of hearing he is the the most kindhearted and knowledgeable teacher i have ever met in this field. Saying that there are a few things they could improve upon but so does every small business. overall i had a wonderful experience and would strongly recommend 9/10
