  The office staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful. Monica, Blanca, and O'Tina have all been wonderful. I did have some issues with my move-in process and they did everything they could to work with me and keep my move-in date similar to what I needed. I had originally reserved an apartment that subsequently became unavailable due to circumstances beyond the office staff's control and they did their best to accommodate me given the circumstances. Unfortunately the apartment I ended up getting is not upgraded like the one I originally had reserved for a lower price, which was very disappointing to me, especially with having to pay more for less. However, it's still a pretty nice apartment and I really enjoy the grounds with all the grass and mature trees. The complex is quiet and even though there are a lot of dogs, I never see any dog poop anywhere, which is fantastic. I have lived in other communities where this was not the case at all. I would give five stars if I hadn't been downgraded to an apartment with few upgrades. I understand that the office staff was limited in what they could do for me, but it does affect my experience.

  Leasing staff is very kind! They made my move-in process easy & quick. They are quick to respond whenever I have an issue or a question.
  Maintenance has been very communicative with me as well. I had an issue with my washer and they were able to fix it promptly.
  I have been here for over a year and my overall experience has been great! 10 minutes away from Sunset shopping area.

  I Like living here its nice and quite that take care of the property well. The maintenance department work very hard to keep up the work order and the front office is very professional. Blanca Huerta, O"Tina and Monica. keep up the good work guys.

  All I’m going to say is Blanca Blanca Blanca...(Period) this place you have to take a look at seriously from the pricing to the remodeling to the area you can not be mad. this was actually a great experience for me this is my very first place on my own and all three ladies that run the show at VUE 5325 was definitely a treat to meet they all had fun and great personalities also very efficient they worked at a fast pace and Definitely got everything done and a timely manner i hope can meet people in the near future like these ladies whoever hired them thumbs up keep up the good work and to Blanca Monica And Ms. Otina I appreciate you ladies , keep growing I wish you ladies nothing but a success thank you for giving me my first experience as great one I really do appreciate you Ladies...
