We started with Kelly and her responsiveness to any call we made was exceptional. No matter what time of the day or evening I would call her, she would answer or call right back. I can't remember all the names, but every last one was professional and timely and the completed project exceeded our expectations. Moises Gomez is the project manager and I can't say enough about his leadership. Whenever we had a concern or question, he was there and his follow up is the best we've ever dealt with. Even while he took vacation, he would still text or email us just to make sure everything was okay. I am a very picky person and we've dealt with several contractors over the years, by far they are the best!”

“We moved from Philadelphia to Las Vegas, we struggled to find a mover that we could trust, the entire industry seems a little corrupt. We settled on U-Pack for a few reasons. 1) we liked the flexibility if having a few days to load just in case something went wrong. We hired help from dolly on both ends and it went well. 2) we liked the idea that once our things were loaded that they wouldn't be offloaded and reloaded to get it across the country. 3)they offer a guaranteed arrival (we used the trailer) and it actually was delivered a day earlier than guaranteed even with memorial day in the middle of the move. Our experience was excellent overall, professional from start to finish. It honestly couldn't have gone better. The 4 drivers did a great job, they helped us put the blocker wall in place and remove it and they were able to put it exactly where we needed it and the pickup was prompt. 100% class act, so happy that we found this company and we would use them again.”

“My son has been attending since he was 5 months old. He is now in the toddler room, and loves it. The staff is great with him, and he always gives his teachers big hugs. They do tons of crafts, playing outside, circle time, and other activities. They provide breakfast, lunch, snack, and diapers which is really helpful as I just have to load him up in the morning without packing anything. We have been really impressed with them.”
