“After several bad experiences with public school, I was looking for a school for my first grade and ninth grade sons. I had pulled them out of public school and was home schooling them using an online charter school. The charter school was difficult for them to work with and they were missing the social time that comes with being in a classroom setting. I learned about Far West Academy from a family friend. Both of my boys started there this year. They love the school. My first grader comes home happy and learns something new daily. His class has less than ten students so the teacher spends a lot of time with each of the kids. My ninth grader who has hated school his entire life, gets up on time and is ready to go every day. His attitude toward learning has completely changed. He loves his teachers and the other students. His high school classes are also small with less than 15 students in each class. As a parent, I like being able to talk to the teachers regularly to hear about my children's progress. They take time to tell me about the funny things my kids do at school. I know that the teachers and administrators truly care about my kids and want to see them learn. I have noticed a positive change in my family since starting at Far West Academy.”
