We just had a Sting Alarm installed at our new house. So far the process has been extremely pleasant. Fist, the sales person, Mark, was very patient, no high pressure sales, answered questions and was very pleasant throughout the process. Once I made the final decision to sign up, the contract form was a bit out of date, but Mark explained that there were old items in there which no longer applied. The questions were answered and then we completed the sign up. Next, was installation day -- one for which there is always a lot of apprehension. The tech was Steven and he too was very patient, answered all of our questions, was very professional and respectful and made installation day very pleasant. In addition to all of the regular installation details -- pairing the sensors, installing the sensors, programming the panels, and installing the camera, he then spent significant time explaining and training me and my wife on the panel, the app and on the computer interface. It is hard to imagine a tech being more helpful. Steven was extremely knowledgeable and I can only hope that if I have technical issues in the future, that Steven is assigned.
Josh was on time, called before arriving. Polite, courteous and very interested to see that our issue was resolved. He kept us informed of what he was doing. We discussed several solutions, agreed on one and he implemented it. Problem resolved. 100% satisfied.
Sting should be proud to have young men like Josh representing them.
Stacy was so helpful in setting up our alarm system. He gave full and clear instructions. He also called to follow up and see if I had any questions. He was able to walk me through using the app and was so kind and patient with all of my questions. I also received great service from Bryan in creating an account and designing a secure system. He was always available to speak with and also was so helpful! I’m very happy with the service I have received at Sting Alarm! We even got to test the system out the first night and all worked as planned!! Thank you for GREAT service!
Steven was very personable. He took great care doing his job and didn’t mind I had to juggle my dogs around while needing to go to different areas! Being new to the area he gave me helpful information. We are very pleased with the service and Steven.
I've been a customer of Sting Alarm for almost 5 years and have always appreciated their willingness to help me with whatever I may need. I first became a customer after I had an uninvited "visitor" in my home. I had never thought of the idea of "insuring my sleep factor" before this experience, and now I tell all of my friends and family to do so with a MONITORED home security system (and a reputable, reliable company). I would highly recommend Sting Alarm to anyone considering this kind of service. Over the years I've made updates to my home which required a Sting rep to come out to my house on multiple occasions. Sometimes it was an easy fix and other times it took a few trips out to remedy the challenge. EVERY person I have interacted with at Sting from reception, sales or service (e.g. John, Devin, Chris, Aaron, Josh) has been professional, courteous and PATIENT. And when I wanted to upgrade my equipment, they made me a great offer as well as lowered my monthly service fee! Awesome! If you're shopping for alarm companies give Sting Alarm a call! Ask for John Laughlin in Sales or talk to Devin about anything technical. This company and its people ROCK!
