  This is, and will probably be the only google review I will ever write - as this amazing music store truly earned it. My shopping experience was nothing short of marvelous.   Las Vegas Music is an honest and responsive broker of instruments. They unfortunately did not carry the digital piano I was looking for, but they were responsive and followed up with me regarding my inquiry. I definitely recommend LV Music as a fantastic place to purchase your next instrument.

  Ordered an open box Roland V digital drum set for about half price online...
  Got an e-mail, instructing me to call the store, there was a problem with the order...
  After a short and pleasant conversation with Liliana she told me that they could not send me the open box unit but would send me a brand new one with Roland factory warranty instead.
  Outstanding Customer Service!!!

  Offered me a great deal on a digital piano over live chat (lower than all other online stores, 11% lower than most of them, including free shipping), answered all of my questions, and shipped out the same day. -1 star because they told me I had to commit to buy during that chat to get the discount and that there was only 1 left in stock (no indication of that on the item page, even after I bought "the last one"), clearly pressuring me to buy that moment. Would still recommend, just make sure you know what you want.
