I own a 32 inch which I’ve had for some years now and the customer service still remains as it was when I originally made my purchase. I have been dreaming about an outdoor TV for years, but being in Iowa we had reservations about it working. We couldn't be more happy with our new Mirage Vision weatherproof tv unit with wheels. So far we have only had to endure summer storms but all is great! Chris was great to work with and gave progress reports on completion and shipping and even followed up after to be sure all went well!

Had this 75” outdoor Mirage tv for a little over a year. No issues with it this far. Went through hurricane Dorian and plenty of other storms and wind. It’s in direct sun and rain sometimes, I do have a cover but it has gotten plenty of rain on it and works perfectly.

Fantastic television.

I purchased a 55 inch television from them last year. Great customer service for the purchase and thereafter. Unfortunately, the TV developed an issue after the warranty period. I immediately learned this is a company that stands by their products and values its relationship with customers. Without hesitation, they stepped up and made everything right.
It's critical to only deal with with reputable businesses when purchasing higher end products like this, and MirageVision is top notch.
