I dropped by the store for the first time today, and now I see why they have 22 5-star reviews. I’m going to be the 23rd.

I called this morning because the store is listed as an authorized dealer for Green Mountain Grill and I was looking for their pizza oven insert for my husband‘s birthday. Not only did they have it in stock, it was the nicest shopping experience I’ve had in quite some time.

These people know the true meaning of customer service. I had my four-year-old with me, and not only did they do a wonderful job of being kind to her, entertaining her, and even giving her a little present (a small rock she now calls her “treasure” - gotta love little kids!), they helped me pick out some sauces and seasonings and let me try some of my selections to make sure I was going to love them (there are tasters of the rubs out front and they have some sauces open in a fridge in the back - really above and beyond). No pressure or aggressive upselling and they totally respected me as the buyer. That may sound like a strange thing to notice, but I went to another barbecue/grill store in town when I bought my husband his smoker and it was an extremely disappointing experience where I was treated as an idiot because I’m a woman. Today was the polar opposite.

I can’t recommend this store highly enough and I’m excited to go back with my husband to explore more accessories, rubs, etc. Go there to buy the big stuff (grills, smokers, I saw some gorgeous fire pits too) and the small stuff (sauces, rubs, pellets, grill tools). You won’t be disappointed.

Has pellets I mean pallets of pellets for tasty meats! The seasonings I mean a wall of them for the tasty meats! Need a grill or smoker to make tasty meats they have them too I prefer Green Mountain 🏔️ but the choice is up to you to make the tasty meats don't forget kiss the cook apron!

Shay and John are the best. They are super helpful and know their stuff. I am just learning how to use my Traeger and they have been more than helpful and made sure I left their shop with everything I needed. I am so thankful for their awesome customer service, it’s because of them my first brisket was a success!
