When I first met Lisa Tufano, I remember the day as it was almost exactly a year ago. I, along with my two friends, were looking for a place to call home that wasn’t going to be more than $600/person. After looking at places and making the classic call of “oh hi..yes…oh it’s actually not available.” Most places just hung up, but Lisa said, “Actually, do you have a second because I actually have other units..” It was through that amazing communication that we found our home at Desert Cliffs. Lisa took what would have been a negative phone call, a rejection, and turned it into another renter’s dream.

When we had an issue, all it took was a simple e-mail or call, and Lisa got it fixed within reasonable time. She also was a great median when a different unit (not owned by Prominent) had some issues that ended up affecting our u it for a few days. Seriously, not a lot of companies will actually treat you like a human being. This is one of them

My business partners and I have been working with Prominent Realty Group for several years now since making the decision to start buying properties in the Las Vegas area. I would recommend their services to anyone asking. As an owner/investor that lives out of state it was really important we found a trust worthy property manager and Lisa Tufano at Prominent Realty has proven time and again to be that for us. At this point, we won’t even buy a property without consulting with Lisa about an areas rentability.
I think Prominent Realty’s rates are fair, they have great systems for receiving your money and are always available to help owners and their tenants! I really appreciate the effort that goes into just advertising our units for rent. The ads are always thorough with excellent photos and they screen for quality tenants. I feel our tenants also appreciate her abilities to address issues quickly directly with the property manager and their vast network of local contractors come in handy often when trying to keep up on maintenance issues. Which ensures that the rentals stay in good condition.
Recently, we had major issues come up with another owner and the HOA, and I would not have know what to do if it wasn’t for Lisa. I would definitely recommend them.

They helped me find a home when I moved from another state and helped me once again find a new and bigger home. They made the process simple and we’re honest. This means a lot to a single mom. Came here to say Lisa Tufano has to be the best property manager ever. We have been renting the same condo for 1 yr & 3 months and within that time, our water heater broke completely in the heart of winter, and our AC needed serious repair in 110 degree heat. The issues were just unlucky, no hard feelings because it happens, but it could have been so much worse without Lisa’s immediate help! She made sure both major issues were resolved as quickly as possible. In fact our AC was repaired within 12 hours. We are blown away by her service. On top of all that, she responds to any message or question pretty much immediately and she is so very kind. She is wonderful and we are so lucky to have her help! Thank you Lisa!!

I have been with Lisa Tufano for years. Lisa has been always very responsive and proactive. She takes care of my rental properties so professionally. As an out of state landlord, I never have to worry about my rental properties in Las Vegas, hundreds of miles away. I will surely work with Lisa in the years to come.
