(September 16, 2020, 12:22 am)Ford”s suite on the 42 floor was perfect! It had everything we needed and then some! Plenty of space and the hotel staff and housekeeping was at tentative to our needs! Will definitely book again when the shows start up again!

(July 10, 2020, 1:18 am)The Secret Suites are OPEN during Covid. Since these suits are privately owned the customers who rented them are the only ones allowed in the whole resort. When we checked in there were only few families checked in besides us so we really felt like VIP. It was once in a life time experience that the whole hotel is closed only few customers are allowed to go. I am in the same boat as another reviewer on sharing the review for this as I want to keep it for ourselves. But since this is a once in a life time opportunity to rent these Suites while the whole Hotel is closed I don't want others to miss it .
As far as the Suites go, they are amazing. My family really had a blast in them. They are quite large and spacious. The view are spectacular. I have stayed at almost all the hotel and this I would say has topped them all. The owner of the Suites is also the most helpful person you can get. He gives you his personal number if you might have any issues, which shows the length he is willing to go to makes sure everything goes well.
