“The office took me in as a walk in and performed an extraction on me the same day. I had to wait a little because they had a heavier patient flow (with appointments) after 3pm, however, they still took the time to take care of me and relieve me from the pain I was having. Jenny at the front desk was incredibly helpful, informative, efficient and friendly! She gave me a break down of the what was recommended including pricing. The office manager was also very attentive. It’s hard to find a Dr’s office whose staff is pleasant. The Dr. explained his plan of care for me and made sure I understood what I needed and what was going to be done that day. The procedure was quick and comfortable, considering the fact I was having a tooth extracted. Highly recommend Radiant Smiles????”

“The old management team was absolutely horrible, in my opinion; they were rude and lazy. If it wasn’t for this new team, especially the office manager, they would have gotten a zero...The new office manager is awesome and gets four stars from me... They hired her for reason. She is friendly, respectful, patient and kind. She’s also very helpful and will make your experience with this company a very good one. Oh and the doctors are great; they offer really good prices on braces.”

“Nice clean office, modern equipment, friendly reception and affordable effective treatment with bone graft in preparation for an implant to replace an upper molar. Using 360 degree dental scanning the husband and wife dental team illustrated and outlined the entire implant procedure to make sense of it for me. “All smiles with Dr Tran made me smile again. Wish I could remember the name of the teeth cleaning hygienist there, she is very friendly or I should say she is awesome. Just had an appointment today and it went well, Dr Tran thoroughly checked my teeth and made sure they are in good shape. I always got great service here, no waiting, no hassle. “The place looks nice , air is kept on (bring s jacket), and the front office ladies are nice . However I will say I had to wait an hour before I sat down for my SCHEDULED consultation. When I asked about the delay before my X-rays the lady doing them was extremely rude. Must have been a busy morning. Then after that probably another hour for them to clean the room that I was moving to. After I was put in a room within minutes I had an Iv in my arm , there were probably three nurses with the doctor, and we were in business ! The procedure for all four wisdom teeth was maybe 20 minutes.”
