“Southwest Medical Urgent Care specifically the Montecito location has become my favorite place to go for last minute medical care needs. Before writing this review I wanted to go there on different days and at different times to see if what I experienced the first time was a hoax. It wasn’t!! What I love most about them is how efficient they are in dealing with patients. I have never waited long for anything .I am usually taken to the back for vitals check rather quickly and given a room. Within minutes I am seen by a PA or a NP and evaluated for my medical needs. Although not official “MD’s” these people are more than capable and competent to deal with patients. The staff is very nice, the facilities are clean and there is always plenty of parking close to the entrance. Now I know what you might be thinking, this guy must be paid to write this review or he works there. I would think the same thing after reading what I wrote. Trust me I Am NOT!! This place is really that awesome.”

Was referred to Dr K. by a Care Now Urgent care Dr. Was able to download all new client forms from their website, which was very convenient. Initial appt went very well. Minimal wait time in patient waiting room and once was seated in the Drs office. Dr K was very good at discussing my issues with me. I felt very comfortable thru the entire con- sultation. Was prescribed a nasal drop to help with the dryness/scabbing, and was given an ear drop for my ear that was clogged. Overall I had a great first meeting with this Dr.”

“I was referred to Dr. Nellutla (Ajay) by a family friend - also a medical doctor and uses Ajay for his family. Our experience has been wonderful. Our last doctor was very close to our home (about five minute drive) and Ajay is a good 25 minute drive, but worth it. He is very well regarded in the Las Vegas medical community and knows (and will reference you) to some of the best specialists available. The only real downside for me is the drive - we live near Summerlin and the office is east of the strip - and the front staff don't seem to manage time well. Otherwise, well worth the effort.”
