“Dr. Tsai is a very caring doctor and has never treated me like just another patient (some just want to hurry and finish with you and get on to the next). He takes the time to answer any questions I may have but he also isn't one with a big ego who claims to know everything. Sometimes that runs him a bit behind time-wise but he has also come in early for something I needed. He is patient with my son who has a disability. His office is close enough to the Buffalo Campus of Opportunity Village so I can get my son to his appointment and back to work easily. The is friendly, good and, unlike some, do return phone calls. I have been seeing him for about years and, obviously, think highly of him.”

“I was staying at the Luxor when my toe turned dark purple with yellow pus coming out from under the toenail. I googled to find a Podiatrist close to the strip and found Dr Louk is right on the strip and will come to my hotel. I was afraid I had waited too long to have this looked at, but Dr Louk assured me that he's seen much worse and this was an easy fix. Dr Louk brought everything with him: sterile instruments, antibiotic pills, ice pack, and gauze and self adhesive wrap for tomorrow. Dr Louk told me to keep the foot elevated for one hour, but as soon as he left I went back down to the black jack table. I never did have any pain.”
