“Appointment wait very good; 2weeks from call and could have been one week. All staff were kind and patient. Dr. Kim listens and explains to my standard which is kind of high. We make treatment decision based on his knowledgeable recommendations. Hector the tech was exceptionally present giving my injections putting what my needs were first. Not his busyness. They are clearly busy; there is an underlying feeling of that but they seem to do a good job of not allowing it to interfere with care.”

“I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Duke and her team. Dealing with fertility issues can be overwhelming, but they took such great care of me and my husband. I reflect back and am so grateful. Dr. Duke was always very knowledgable and honest, giving us all options, and never pressuring us into any decisions. I talk to a lot of friends who have had other fertility doctors, and they didn't have such a thorough, warm, and caring experience. The nurses and Dr. Duke were so responsive. I always felt like a person they cared about and not just another patient. I also had the text line whenever I had questions pop up about medications or my treatments. The wonderful nurses would make phone calls in the evening to update my directions after blood work or ultrasounds. The in-office phlebotomist is great as well! I had two failed IUIs before deciding to move forward with IVF and each process and procedure was a positive experience. Even after I "graduated" from NFI, I had spotting 14 weeks into my pregnancy and texted the help line. Dr. Duke responded within 15 minutes on a Sunday to calm my nerves! I am now 24 weeks along with that IVF pregnancy. I love my regular OB and was still sad to graduate from NFI. If I decide to move forward with any future fertility care, it will definitely be with Dr. Duke and her NFI team.”

“I started seeing Dr. Bibi about 3 weeks ago. I was having some weird wrist pain for about one week prior to my first visit. I had went to the quick care 3 days before and was told that, at 34 years old, I probably just have arthritis and I need to schedule with primary care. Luckily, Dr. Bibi had an opening so quickly. She took one look at my hand and knew it was an emergency. I could see the genuine concern on her face. I ended up needing surgery on that hand! I'm so beyond grateful for Dr. Bibi's care and concern for me. I may have lost my hand if she hadn't caught it so quickly. Thank you! I will forever be grateful. “Dr. Kubal is a great doctor. I have recommended him to friends who now have him as their primary doctor as well as myself. The staff is all very nice and also very professional. His nurse is the best!! Actually everyone in the office is very good and the office isn't so big that you're just a number. Whenever you call you can speak with someone right away and they are very knowledgeable and are always helpful. If you need the nurse for any reason she is ALWAYS "on top of it" no matter what you need help with. Stephanie is intelligent, hard working and cares. Plus she has a great personality. This is the best little close-knit "family like" doctors office I've had, they all work well together as a team and you can always count on them to help you. Dr. Kubal and the ladies in the the office are all very personable and friendly. Dr. Kubal is a kind hearted man who never makes you feel uncomfortable and NEVER rushes you. He always makes you feel welcome when you are there and listens to everything you have to say and addresses your issues with compassion. He always shakes your hand, asks you how you are and makes eye contact. He's a very polite and respectful person that comes across to me as a doctor that actually loves what he does and helping people, which is far and few between IF you can even find a doctor like that at all, that really does care about others. Last thing is although he DOES take his time with his patients he is STILL almost always on time! 😁👍👨🍳🙏 Another great quality! My rating is AWESOME!🤩”

He always listens carefully to what I say, spends enough time to examine me and is the first doctor who prescribed correct medications to ease my pain and improve my life. I did say the first doctor since I have been in a catastrophic auto accident more than 22 years ago and have seen many doctors, yet he was the first to prescribe correct medications to help with my nerve pain, tens of others have failed at it.
