They always go above and beyond to make sure that the patients are well taken care of. Patient safety is their primary concern. Eldercare Services is the only company I've worked for that truly have the compassion as a Personal Care giving agency. I personally worked for that patient that is mentioned on the last negative comment (Melissa L.). They look down on caregivers like myself which is unfortunate because I have done everything they've asked of me. I was told to leave the home of the client because I insisted on being with the father while he was in the bathroom to assure safety. I never "walked out" as they have said. Please do not listen to all the negative comments because Eldercare Services is the best company I have worked for.
